The Samoreau resort is located on a magnificent arm of the Seine.
For beginners, for a navigation of at least 2 hours, we recommend navigating upstream on the right side of the bank (Cross carefully, looking for possible traffic of barges or boats).
Pass in front of the magnificent Château de La Rivière, in front of the chalet du Clos Bon Dieu (brick house made by Gustave Eiffel for the 1889 Universal Exhibition in Paris, then deconstructed and reassembled in Thomery on the banks of the Seine).
Admire the port of Thomery, a magnificent village with mansions, search on the internet for the history of this village which became famous thanks to Chasselas and Rosa Bonheur.
If the timing allows you (3 hours of navigation, continue to the beach room, a former vacation spot in the 1900s with tavern and swimming).
Turn around and cross carefully to the other bank.
Walk slowly back down to your starting point.

UNLOCK
On the day of your booking, you will receive a code via email and SMS. Arrive at your KAYAKOMAT and unlock your gear. Inside you’ll find everything you need: PFD, paddles and sprayskirts. If it’s your first time out on the water, make sure you double check our safety tips.
TIME TO PADDLE!
Now you’re ready to go! Enjoy your time out on the water, and be sure to tag us @kayakomat on social media. When your rental time is finished, return your equipment, check that everything is clean and lock it back up.
