Rent SUP and kayak, in the middle of Söderhamn. Enjoy a full day of adventures and paddle out in Söderhamn's unique archipelago. Exploring the area closest to the city center is a peaceful experience suitable for any kayak beginner as it is easy to see a lot while still staying close to shore. Further out in the archipelago, there can be more experiences and adventures. In Söderhamn there is something for all paddlers! There are only a few steps between the KAYAKOMAT and the jetty where you launch you SUP or kayak. Renting a SUP or kayak in Söderhamn is easy, cheap and always available with the unmanned KAYAKOMAT concept. It is a fun activity to do with friends and family, and great way to see the Söderhamn.
Local tips for kayaking in Söderhamn
- For those of you who want a slightly longer trip, paddle to Branthäll and sunbathe on the rocks or the beach.

On the day of your booking, you will receive a code via email and SMS. Arrive at your KAYAKOMAT and unlock your gear. Inside you’ll find everything you need: PFD, paddles and sprayskirts. If it’s your first time out on the water, make sure you double check our safety tips.
TIME TO PADDLE!
Now you’re ready to go! Enjoy your time out on the water, and be sure to tag us @kayakomat on social media. When your rental time is finished, return your equipment, check that everything is clean and lock it back up.
